Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

We celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday with a magical dinner.
 
My very talented hubby colored the noodles all different colors, included broccoli to look like "trees", and colored the Alfredo sauce blue to look like a river. 

The special surprise  "truffula trees" in our drinks,
using a straw through some cotton candy.

For my son's 4th Birthday he decided he wanted an Octonaut birthday party.  We had so much fun making all the decorations for this party.  Most of the ideas came from Pinterest or my husband's crazy thinking :) Pin the Eye Patch on Kwazii Homemade Octonaut Hats Applesauce Kelp Cakes My husband created wooden cutouts for photos,  we decoupaged images on we printed from the website.  Our local Gerritys grocery store made a Octopod Cupcake Cake from a design I created.  We added gummy sharks and M&Ms for more details.  My husband made a Jello Snotblob because my son is obsessed with the Christmas Octonaut episode.
