*Star Wars Week* This week we will be featuring movies from the epic space-opera franchise created by George Lucas (and now owned by Disney). The Star Wars franchise depicts the adventures of characters "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away".  

Day 48 *Bonus Movie* ~ Solo is the story behind one of our favorite characters (and our son's namesake). Enjoy these activities inspired by our favorite 'stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder' Han Solo and watch Solo today on Dinsey Plus.

Octoanuts Birthday Party

For my son's 4th Birthday he decided he wanted an Octonaut birthday party.  We had so much fun making all the decorations for this party.  Most of the ideas came from Pinterest or my husband's crazy thinking :) Pin the Eye Patch on Kwazii Homemade Octonaut Hats Applesauce Kelp Cakes My husband created wooden cutouts for photos,  we decoupaged images on we printed from the website.  Our local Gerritys grocery store made a Octopod Cupcake Cake from a design I created.  We added gummy sharks and M&Ms for more details.  My husband made a Jello Snotblob because my son is obsessed with the Christmas Octonaut episode.
