We wanted to make a personalized painting for our new Finding Nemo bathroom. I looked on Pinterest and found a couple very cute hand print crafts as inspiration.

I had my son paint the background, the coral is his finger painted different colors. 
 
 

I painted his hand orange and white stripes, for Nemo I kept his finger a little more together. We used blue mixed with white for the jellyfish.
 
 

I outlined the jellyfish so you could see it better. The eyes are fingerprints.

Octoanuts Birthday Party

For my son's 4th Birthday he decided he wanted an Octonaut birthday party.  We had so much fun making all the decorations for this party.  Most of the ideas came from Pinterest or my husband's crazy thinking :) Pin the Eye Patch on Kwazii Homemade Octonaut Hats Applesauce Kelp Cakes My husband created wooden cutouts for photos,  we decoupaged images on we printed from the website.  Our local Gerritys grocery store made a Octopod Cupcake Cake from a design I created.  We added gummy sharks and M&Ms for more details.  My husband made a Jello Snotblob because my son is obsessed with the Christmas Octonaut episode.
